Or if it is, its a very good one. The symbols in the lower left of the screen are from the Army's CRC, Combat Readiness/Safety Center.

I can't get AKO access to browse the actual vids they have of soldiers shooting themselves or their buddies, but someone else probably could access it (requirement is current or Army military service) and tell us whether you find that clip there.
