Rachel Maddow - Missing C-SPAN Video Of McCain's Objection

After Senator Franken's denial of Senator Lieberman's request for extra time, Senator McCain started complaining that he's never seen that personally, even with other Senators pointing out to him other times when it has happened recently.

Then, someone dug up a transcript of a 2002 debate when McCain himself did exactly what he just claimed he has never seen happen in person in his 20+ years in the Senate, and by some twist of fate, the C-SPAN footage of the event is missing from the archives.
