Rachel Maddow: Health Reform Bill Restricts Abortion Cover

Historic legislation on the verge of passing, bringing affordable health care to a majority of Americans, comes with a hefty caveat.

In the bill, restrictions upon policy providers prevents them from offering federally funded cover for abortion. This will effectively force said providers to remove this cover, making a presently legal procedure unaffordable to low income earning women.
