Video of peaceful protestors being shot by the police in Miami. Also shows them laughing about it during debriefing. Keep in mind that not all police are bad.. I personally know of some good honest policemen and women in the Miami area that are embarrassed about this occurrence.

Its much simpler to have the team mindset of Police vs. Protesters, or Soldier vs. Enemy. But when someone on your team does something wrong its that much harder to break with the team mentality, fault them for it, or keep things from spiraling out of control.

I was involved in a gathering that was dispersed by riot cops (it was sports related...), and at no time did they give the appearance of caring for the civilians involved... establish order by force was the sole directive. A simple power grab.
