The song is really great, by the way you can extract it from the game files, all you need to do is get a tool called GCFScape from here and look in your Steam folder in the file "portal content.gcf".
For the game I have to say Valve expanded the original formula of the student game Narbacular Drop with an incredibly good sense of style, I really love the voice of GLaDOS, the speaking sentry guns and of course the Weighted Companion Cube <3 ! And I'm sure we've just seen the beginning of the portal idea used in games, it really amazes me how far you can think outside the box with the portals, as an example have a look at the speedruns from this youtube user (SPOILER in case you're going for the gold achievements), I figured out the way to get to gold in these maps but already this person almost halved both my times on these maps with a few great ideas.
I thought this was a budget freebie with Half Life 2 Episode 2. So far, I've played a bit of HL2Ep2 and completed Portal, loved it. Great ending credits too.
Neat little flash game. Saw the link on Blues earlier today. Definitely a decent 2d substitute for those without the real thing which I'm sadly one of.

if at first you don't succeed... you fail...
i love that the radio continues to play this song at the title screen... addictive indeed.
I've gotta say Portal is the first game that genuinely made me laugh out loud througout it. Oh so clever
Also heard this game has a killer sense of humor. Can't wait to pick it up! Damnit Valve, release a demo of each!
