just for the record those are French police attack dogs. And I think they're using Belgian Malynoise's Smarter+faster+stronger than german shepards. Some mean mofos.

Beautiful animals in general but poorly trained here, they attacked fine but had trouble with the release command. They didn't seem to be trained for military use and that's a bad trait for use with the public.

Gunter is right about the breed I think, Belgian Malinois. They are actually smaller than a German Shepard but a bit faster and aggressive enough to make up the difference. That can work out poorly if not directed properly though. Breed info if anyone cares.
