Anyways, no one at LGF complained about DeWine taking a pre-9/11 photo and photoshopping smoke, to be used for a attack campaign ad. So they are a bunch of hypocritical morans. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KLIKMMtsOfM
We can make excuses for the media all day long because it's not like they have a responsibility to scrutinize photographs and uphold the highest levels of journalistic integrity. Even Anderson Cooper had the guts to tell his audience that Hezballah sent ambulances out one at a time to race up and down the highway so the media could photograph them, even though they weren't responding to any emergencies.
BTW, what's "LGF"? Little Green Footballs?
This vid only included the photo fraud scandal, there were other instances of manipulation - I've said it before and I'll say it again, this was *completely* like the Brotherhood of Nod. Life imitating art indeed.
well, Aish.com the site that put this video together is a jewish website, whose tag line is "Your Life, Your Judaism. The Jewish Website." So it does seem plausible that they have a vested interest in directing public discussion of the war in Lebanon. Personally I don't know enough about the situation in Lebanon to have an opinion about Israel's attacks. However, as an American I find it pretty reprehensible that our government supplies Israel or any other government for that matter with machines of war.
So if you find it reprehensible that our government supplies Israel with weapons, you're entitled to your opinion, but do you find it equally reprehensible that Iran also supplies Hezballah with weapons as well?
But Iran following Dubai is more then just wishful thinking. They're not interested in infrastructure, they're interested in fundamental Islamic rule. They already control a vast amount of oil and they want nuclear weapons. Iran doesn't just want to destabilise the region, they want to take over the entire world and with their friends in Russia, China, North Korea and Venezuela they are in a position to do it...or at least put a tremendous portion of the world in a lot of suffering. Iran and militant Islam is a very serious threat.
It's absolutely atrocious how Lebanon and Palestine manipulate western sympathies. Sometimes even to the extent of endangering their own civilians.
