I was going to downvote because this is really nothing new.

But the train that meowed at the end prevents me from doing so, rotfl.

Why not just put jelly on both sides of the toast and spare the cats? Or strap two cats to each other's back, and feed the jelly'd toast to the poor and hungry.

The cat's paws would have to placed upon the jelly side of the bread, since it's the cat's back and the non-jelly-sided bread that never hit the ground.

Look at the vectors boys, that's the same thing. You are merely trying to implode the device, rather than tear it apart.

or you could place jelly on bombs, so they drop down faster, increasing the damage.

every technology has a war-oriented application.

still, I think this perpetual motion thingie doesn't work: jelly would scatter around, thus diminishing its power until it fades away.

does plastic wrapped jelly keep it's special properties? you could the wrap plastic around the jelly/cat device to keep the jelly from escaping

Unfortunately, encasing the gelatinous substance in a protective membrane negates the coronal attractive force by opposing the gelatinous-substance/rug-fiber matrix integration.

drat! what about blow drying the jelly into the cat, or kitten's fur? the fur may retain the baked in jelly crust enough to sustain the fall. that is, of course if the heat would still also retain it's said powers.
