Julia is one of those women that I wax and wane on depending on the angle of light or the phase of the moon or something.
Sometimes she appears gorgeous and worthy of the adulation she receives, and then other times I just don't see what people see in her (attractiveness wise I'm saying here, not judging her personality on any level).

ps. She has like, almost no makeup on. Everyone looks plain under that kind of lighting with no makeup.

Different people are suited to different kinds of makeup. There's a lot of makeup that's supposed to give the "natural" look, and you won't really notice it at first glance if it's been put on properly.
But hey, maybe I'm just saying it from an Asian perspective. All the ladies have makeup on all the time here.
