Personally I'd rather see this stay than the full-length version, because I think whole movies are generally too long for the sift. But if the whole film is here to stay, then I guess this would be a dupe.

great clip; I also would support this being here over the full movie.

very few people will sit through that full movie here on the sift, or even know to check it out for the really cool parts like this sequence. And those that would, well personally I'd rather see them check out this clip and then go out and support the artists with a little dvd purchase (same director behind this recent sift, http://www.videosift.com/video/Super-slo-mo-explosions-and-skateboarding ).

We might have a sift from Jurassic Park, but sifting the full movie? whats the point of that?

I say let this clip live, as it serves a different purpose than the full movie sift, leave a link to the full movie sift, and if the full video dies, no great loss. *return

But at the same time it goes against what the community generally hold as rules for dupes. That is, if the second *dupe clip is submitted and it is part of a longer one, then its a dupe. So are we only going to hold this mentality for short clips?
