I think McCain's vetting team really blown it though. Someone with this kinds of questionable personal issues should never made it to the short list. At least McCain finally manage to take the spot light away from Obamba.
In the end I really don't care whether this is true or not, but as balabing says McCain's vetting crew(if he even sent one beforehand) really screwed up.
So while a D-S baby is rare for a 17 yr old, so would getting pregnant so soon, but not unpossible. Of course the easy, Ockham explanation is that you people are falling into Rovian trap and should give it up about who was pregnant when. What the fuck do you care?

As far as a Rovian trap goes. a.) Rove isn't involved in this campaign and I doubt anyone within McCain's campaign would be circulating these rumors as a strategy. b.) I'm no pundit and have no influence on anyone or anything.
I hardly think a mother trying to shelter her daughter from scrutiny is Occum's Razor applicable. Especially if the outcome that we are reaching for, and the theory of Palin being a liar, is hinged upon a litmus of honesty.

Heard many callers on talk radio saying the creationism/don't believe in climate change thing swayed them to the obama camp, although I imagine there are other people that had the opposite response, though I doubt many of Hilary's supporters will see it that way.
