Hamas and Muslim fighters in general are known to use Western moral weaknesses to their advantage.

Hizbullah and Hamas consistently hide among civilians, impersonate UN or red cross/crescent workers, fight near humanitarian aid agencies and use Mosques, hospitals and schools to launch attacks. They also use these locations as weapon caches.

This school was financed by the United Nations. In 2007, Israel had lodged a formal complaint and informed the UN that their school was being used to fire mortar. The UN took no action and Gazan parents continued to send their children to study alongside rocket launchpads.
