Keith Olbermann break from protocol gives Geraldo Rivera the "Best Person in the World" award. He did so to highlight the fantastic job that Geraldo did of out-shouting Bill-O. O'Reilly was trying to spin a tragic drunk driving fatality into a divisive political issue concerning illegal immigration.
