Because the types of people that are unstable enough to kill someone are O'Reilly/Limbaugh disciples. All the Lefty Whackos graduated from Berkley 40 years ago, cut their hair and went on to become pinnacles of industry and philanthropists.

If leaders of anti-gay organizations can be found liable for hate crimes by their followers, I don't see why the right wing bobble heads shouldn't be able to be held just as responsible for inciting hate crimes.

2001: Organized religious fanatics strike New York. Liberals scramble to kiss the asses of Muslims after 9/11, assuring everyone that most Muslims are non-violent.

2009: A lone religious fanatic assassinates one man, an act immediately denounced by 99% of pro-life movement. Liberals scramble to condemn the entire pro-life movement, demanding everyone view pro-lifers as dangerous fanatics.

Can't hold Fox accountable for the actions of their viewers.
