That was a fake email and totally different story about Afghanistan. This is a story about Obama deciding not to visit injured troops in Germany after being told he could not bring his entourage or cameras.
Except that Obama never had any plans to bring his camera crew -- Just visit the troops with a few others. Unfortunately, in Germany those others were campaign staff and not Senate staff. Your video does not address this at all; it simply brings confusion to light regarding whether the Pentagon or Obama's campaign made the final call.
