It will give the authorities an excuse to search you computer for copyrighted material, but while they're in there, they will look at everything and anything they want.
Last I heard there hasn't been any public disclosure of the ACTA document because there is no ACTA document -- That is, the treaty is still being drafted. The U.S. government recently released a six page summary of what may be in the treaty, however.
How will they know the difference between mp3's that you acquired through sharing and MP3's that you acquired by purchasing the CD and riping to your computer for use with your MP3 Player?
