This song is about Tattoo [Irezumi] Ari, a movie based on a real event that happened in Japan in 1979. The movie is about the man, named Umekawa, who held over 30 people hostage at the Mitsubishi Bank. He killed 4 people in the process and also stripped the women naked and used them as human shields.
