A sleeping driver is found stopped in the middle of I-805, then police arrive and things get odd.

Sometimes it's scary to think of the crazy bastards that are in control of up to 70mph of metal and flammable materials...

Hey, that's my town. Always keep your eyes on the road and don't tailgate (2+ seconds), that way even if cars in front of you have to react to this then you will be safe!

Those handcuffs came quickly... why though? Could be a medical situation aswell.. no need for that crap so early.

Really? With this bullshit? The officer did his job in a swift and effective manner and took control of a situation that could have gone bad very quickly. The cuffs come out because they have no idea what's going to happen next. They don't know what her behavior is or what she has taken. It's for her safety, as well as theirs. Not to mention the other first responders.
