Naked body scanners are useless

A demonstration of a full body-scanner on a German TV show.

It picked up a cellphone cell phone, Swiss Army knife and microphone on the scanee. But don't worry. The precious bomb components would have made it safely on board.

Outside, they show the scanee's payload.

Even though it's all in German, it's easy to follow along. You may even recognize a few works since English is just the bastard child of a German mother and French father.
