I think the preferred plural of mongoose is mongooses (although mongeese is rarely used). Ya can't go wrong with David Atwater.

While that is true, the mongoose population on VS is slim to none so this "howto" does not apply. If it were humans, robots, computers, cats, alligators, dragons or ants, then a howto could be invoked.
