McCain on His Health Insurance: "I know challenges of Space"

During his interview with Des Moines Register editorial board, McCain rambles stuff about not being an austronaut, but he knows "the challenges of space".

Then, of course as he hates to do, talks about being a POW for some reason.

"I didn't have health care for FIVE AND A HALF YEARS" or whatever.
