ponceleonsays...So wait, is the premise they stated in the clip the actual premise of the show? If so, kudos to Matt for not taking himself so seriously... strangely enough makes me think much higher of him than I do a number of douchebags like Tom Cruise or such who act like they are god's gift to man.
ltbishop341bsays...from TV.com: "Friends favorite Matt LeBlanc teams up with David Crane of the Friends fame and Jeffrey Klarik of Mad About You to serve up a single-camera comedy about a the television business. The Showtime project will focus on the funny process of reworking a hit British show for American audiences."
schmasays...Would have been better if it was... funny.
Aniatariosays...I Guess it hasn't been Matt's month... *Dons Sunglasses*
Or even his year.
YEAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!
BicycleRepairMansays...It's ironic that this show is to portray a bad americanization of a UK sitcom, when it sounds like they stole everything from the second season of "Extras"(as well as Curb and Entourage). The fact that this "trailer" sucked and was a predictable, boring copy of shows like Extras, does nothing to dampen the irony.
Raaaghsays...If I had the power, I turn the worlds population into cynical assholes just so they could enjoy this on its various level.s
HollywoodBobsays...Reminds me of a story Lewis Black tells about having a character created for him, based on him, named "Lewis" and then not getting the part because they found someone more "Lewis Black" than him. I think it's in his book Nothing Sacred.
