Amusing gag, but this one was a hoax... Which didn't stop some news outlets from reporting it as fact . Who ever heard of a utility company emailing... in person... a customer over late payments? Also note how the messages are formatted in the same fashion:
Dear <name>
Regards/Yours sincerely, <name>
Plus there is no letter head or footers on the company messages...
Ohh hi arghness, welcome to VideoSift! I'll be your snooty local *fake shouter!
yeah i think the original email thread was supposed to be with a chiropractor office. that at least makes more sense with the personal emailing, and the punchline:
It was silly of me to assume I could provide you with something of completely no value whatsoever, waste your time and then attach such a large amount to it.
makes more sense if you're talking about a chiropractor.
That guy actually got a large amount of money selling that spider drawing on eBay. And that is fact because I saw the listing myself. People were so amused by the emails they were willing to part with large sums of money
I typically despite videos consisting of nothing more than static text and shitty music. And even though this particular video contained several excellent spider drawings, and it made me laugh a few times, I'm disappointed that this gentleman was apparently unsuccessful in using his drawings to pay for the bill. What a let-down.
One of the best sites ever. The Strata agreement conversation is even better than this one.

Real or fake I still LMFAHS after all this time.
