This man rescues this dog and in turn, the dog helps rescue little hummingbird

Wow. Feedings every 15 minutes? I wonder how long that lasted.
The only hummingbird I saved was an adult that came from my cat's mouth, but it recovered after one night inside and flew back out. This guy really went the distance.

It's a known fact humming birds are the racists of the bird world. =)

It makes you wonder what that hummingbird did to make the whole world murderously mad at it, doesn't it?

interesting story-but what is also very interesting is why the man does not make the connection between the dog and bird he helped to save and the tortured farmed animals who's flesh, milk and eggs he very likely consumes on a daily basis.

“The only difference between a dog, cat, horse and dolphin and a cow, chicken, pig and turkey is perception. One is no more valuable than another. And yet in this culture, we hold the former animals in high esteem and the latter we brutalize for food. All animals are deserving of respect and freedom from violence. The way to respect others is veganism.

You do know that harvesting plants creates analogues of pain and fear right? You better stop eating altogether.

newtboyjokingly says...

That's odd, because every vegan I've met (including you) attempted to guilt me into their way of thinking by calling me an unthinking murdering torturer....that's not respectful....and it doesn't work.
