I've been following this story on FreeTalkLive (freetalklive.com), and basically this Free State activist (http://www.freestateproject.org/), Sam, was locked up a while back for video taping in the lobby of a court. He was locked up without trial because he observed his right to remain silent.

I believe he's been in jail for six weeks or so... ridiculous!
