This man is 70 years old and still sings sublimely. I've found earlier, younger versions of his singing this that may be considered technically better, but none more emotional and moving. What a gift! 70! I can't get over it.

Sadly, he's been fighting pancreatic cancer since 2006. Surgery to remove a tumor forced him to cancel his remaining performances. Hopefully this year his health will improve enough to complete a farewell tour he had planned.
