From Dusk Till Dawn 3 director P.J. Pesce takes the helm once again for this straight to video sequel concerning Nicole (Autumn Reeser), a young girl who falls in with a pack of vampire surfers after moving to the town of Trinidad, California with her brother Chris (Tad Hilgenbrink).
