Any info on the remake? This is one remake that I'm sure I would be dissapointed by, but would still love to see. I'm a big LR fan.

remember as a teen, living in Dallas, the casting call for younguns' pre-thirty, in the dallas area for extras....m' ma's friend, a model, got aspeaking role in the Big Screeen Version....she was the runner in the tunnel. got blasted, by Michael Yorks Pal .....Whoah!

Holy crap, I watched this when I was a kid! Great Post, And as far as the movie I read somewhere that bryan singer(usual suspects/ x-men) was writing and directing.
