The RIAA should definitely sue those parents for this unlicensed production of a derivative work. I mean, you wouldn't steal a car would you?
This is obviously covered under fair use. Parody exposing the over-produced, over-hyped media and how young minds are being trapped into a lifetime of spending and credit problems.
That and the kid obviously likes his bitches with a healthy booty.
Is this the video Kanye was referring to??? because while the kid was amazingly cute the video and song were amazingly annoying. I mean I like dancing booty as much as anybody but after about 20 seconds they better end up naked or forget it.

I finally watched it the other day for the first time and kept waiting for something incredible, but it's just three girls dancing around to an annoyingly offensive song. What's so fantastic about that? I'd really like someone to explain it to me. I have no idea why I just don't get it.
