Laugh and you get caned - yes it's a Japanese gameshow

I really couldn't find this posted so I'm braced for the dupe comments. I did search for Japan, classroom and gameshow.

Only in Japan can you have a gameshow where contestants must watch a dim looking man recite English and try to avoid lapsing into laughter. If they do then it's a firm whack on the bum with the cane.
We do this in England but we normally have to pay for this kind of treatment.
