The Dutch Launch World's Biggest Condom to Teach Youth About STDs.

Thus was born a 38 meter (127') high hot pink air balloon shaped like a condom.

On the condom were written the words "Safe Sex" in Dutch and the balloon was floated over a three-day concert that 80,000 some young people were supposed
to attend.

The balloon took three months to make and 15 minutes to fill up...with hot air! with hot air!
