The YouTube submitter says this video is to demonstrate how easy the corset is to put on by yourself, but somehow I don't imagine one is supposed to take it off by one's self.

I'm almost certain this is BDSM related, i don't get the dodgy music, and i can think of several ways to leave the device, but if it was a site explaining cheap or home-made methods then i guess those 2 things would not seem out of the ordinary.

Of course, just because it's BDSM related doesn't mean that it's NSFW, there's no nudity, there's no swearing, it's just an alternate expression of sexuality (probably). Might as well call a guy going to buy condoms NSFW, or a woman in a store buying some lingerie NSFW.
