a couple of times? Star Wars: ok, I'll give you that, crappy diaglogue, badly acted but fantastically good film, what's the other one, Willow, American Graffiti? they're the only 2 other possible contenders. Everything else has been a steaming pile of raped childhood memories.

oh, and despite the piss poor dialogue- Kurt's not that bad, when you see Ford's rendition of this, I think Kurt's is a bit better in fact.

Kurt dose not carry the characters superiority over Luke. interms of status kurk dosent act argent enough for a rouge trader thats used to looking after themselfs and has a wooky as a mate the charactor needs to be aragont and on the face of it unlikable.

would be interesting to have the character as a more reasonable person however but then in my mind there would be no suprize that the princess gets with them.

THX-1138 was pretty good I thought.

George Lucas is basically one of the luckiest men alive. He made kind of a crappy space opera and somehow it was great and spawned this enormous empire (ha!) and mountains of cash.

I thought Raiders of the Lost Ark was ok, too.
