I think I can make out him saying "Blastoise", if that's how you spell it. I think one of the stronger turtle things.

Used to work at a video-game store when these came out and stupid money was spent on these things by the parents. We were bludgeoned into becoming familiarised with them, an indellible scar I obviously must still bear.

Edit - That kid reminds me of Invader Zim... Uncanny!
