That is doubly true if she makes crazy claims in her condemnation. Had she just said "I was very hurt by the crude, hurtful things he said, and I think it just shows how shameful and vicious people like him are," he might have actually apologized for crossing the line (though still reiterating that she's wrong on facts and morals).
Instead she's saying she's being persecuted in some way that robs her of her Constitutional rights -- as if the 1st amendment is a protection against what other people say about how you use your freedom to speak.
