Stewart: "Bush is Jefferson"
Hitchens: "Yes"
= Insanity on Film
Bush is an ignorant redneck, who believes in theocracy and maximizing the power of the presidency.
They both waged wars of aggression. Jefferson did not just against the Barbary Pirates, but also against the Native Americans.
You see that?
Yeah, that's right, this Canadian non-threateningly and politely invoked *region.
I did it once here, and I'll do it again. Because I won't make the bold feature request the Siftbot retroactively invoke unvoked invocations.
In the first two minutes, his sarcasm towards every word that came out of Stewart's mouth when trying to make a point was unnecessary and assholish.
I like how Stewart kept trying to ease the tension with a joke...only to fail. lol
EDIT: Even though, damn, it appears the Canadian site doesn't go back that far (yet?).
