...then there are those of us for whom MJ's death means next to nothing because we never really cared for his music and felt his post-allegation actions revealed his guilt. I mean, are you really going to marry Lisa-Marie Presley and give her a disgusting kiss on television to prove you're NOT a pedophile? No no, that's not transparent at all. <rolls eyes>

And another thing about Michael and his people...were they unaware that being a pedophile and being gay are mutually exclusive? In other words, by having MJ deliver that kiss to LMP, they were demonstrating that Michael is not gay but I believe their ultimate intent was to clear the pedophile allegation.

So were they merely responding to the common misconception that being a pedophile means being gay? Or were they themselves genuinely unaware that being a pedophile doesn't necessarily make you gay? It was a clumsily-handled response either way.
