This is the speech John McCain gave last night, before the polls closed. Most networks cut away as Obama clinched the nomination while he was still speaking. I think they were doing him a favor, it was a trainwreck of a speech.

It's not taken out of context. He was listing the things he thinks government should be doing, and that was one of the whole, individual, unrelated parts.

That speech was a train wreck of unbelievable proportions.
