Not to be the one to point out that there is a problem with the description of the post, but this episode hasn't been shown on BBC America.
BBC America is getting ready to start airing Season (Series) 7.
On the BBC America Top Gear site (http://www.bbcamerica.com/shows/topgear/index.jsp) they list a total of 12 Seasons.
Jay Leno was on the last episode of Series 13, as referenced here: http://www.topgear.com/uk/tv-show/series-13/episode-7

So, long story short-BBC America does show Top Gear, but it has not yet shown this episode, guest starring Jay Leno.
