Definitely a must-see festival if you're in the area when it's held. They also have penis-shaped lollipops that people are sucking on throughout the day--see pic here (scroll down)--as well as phallus-shaped candles, amulets, and other trinkets for sale. According to the blogger I linked to, they're using some of the proceeds of the festival these days to fund HIV awareness programs.
