My thought on watching this is that it's incredibily ugly inside. It must be like living inside a poorly cobbled together desktop PC.
I know engineers rule there, but could they not hire one interior designer to help out with some visual aesthetics and create a sense of space instead of claustrophobia?
^ obviously you've never been at sea for 3 months straight on a US Navy destroyer. Add gravity, 400 men, some bilge gray paint, then take away the nice view and replace it with 360 degrees of sky and sea. These are some pretty nice digs.
How about a submarine? Isn't that even worse?
