This is a result of exploitation of imprisoned people. I wonder how many of them don't really belong in prison, taken from their normal life, being forced to pefect a performance for a domineering opressive man that has complete reign over them. He's been known to torture his prisoners if they don't bend to his will, and provides "special" treatment of female prisoners he deems are worthy, while branding them as "his". This is why I waited before voting on this....
