Actually I also thought it was Russian they were speaking, MINK. Note in my first comment I wrote promote Russian culture. It was only later, after I read a comment here and the comment on the video at YouTube, when I determined they were speaking Ukrainian, so I changed the title and tags accordingly.
What gave me the impression they were speaking Russian was that I found this video at English Russia, and the videos were all described as currently being "popular on Russian internet." Hence my assumption.
Now that I know they're speaking Ukrainian it's totally not funny anymore. Hysterical Ukrainian laughter just isn't hysterical. I curse the day I set eyes on this video. I'm sewing them shut as soon as I finish this comment.
