I really do not appreciate this. I understand that it's not intended as something mocking, and maybe it's the English teacher in me, but the words and voice are sufficient. The pro tools does little more than dehumanize what's already an old piece of footage.
PS In fact the longer I listen to this the more I am offended.
I sort of see this as a tribute to Martin Luther King. I don't think it was in any way intended to be negative. The message is still very much one of equality and freedom for all.
How the hell could you find this offensive. It seems to me you attach value to the wrong things. if something is said that is true it doesn't matter how you present it, Evan if it is done for comedic value and in this case Evan if sum one is editing someones message so long as its not negative then i see no room for you to take afence. (allso its blatantly aprent that this is not the original and annyone watching would know this evan if u dint know martin lutha king if anything this owuld make people want to see the origonal )
Do you think that just because something is funny it some how becomes Untrue ore less important by nature?
Its fine if u don't like the ganra of music that this is made to but i dont see how that can offend you . that would be like me getting offended by a flavor of ice cream i don't like.
And yes your welcome to be offended but surly you can identify why your offense is irrational and then work on fixing you brain to not be offended by such things.
I see no rational reason as to why anyone could be offended by this if you can point me to one i will stand corrected.

you've obviously got a really strange view of what is offensive and what isn't.
you sound like a really uptight typical teacher with zero tolerance levels and an inability to put things in perspective.
how on earth could you find this possibly offensive. offensive to who? black people?
your comment doesnt really make any sense.
I take this song on my mp3 player where ever I go. Many people I've showed this to have been thoroughly re-inspired by his words set to song.
