Thats a litte too much food to be feeding a staving kitten at one sitting, better to feed that amount over a few hours until it's system gets used to eating again. But thank you for your compassion to this cute little kitten.

Don't get me wrong if I had a cat like that ALL the time it would irritate me. It's the same reason I dislike children, especially the ones that god "mom? mom? mom? Mom? Mom? Mom? MOm? MOm? MOm? MOM? MOPMOMOMOMOMOMOMOMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM?"

But you really have the consider the situation that kitten in, it is really really malnourished. If someone was holding water or food nearby you and you were that hungry and thirsty you'd probably be saying please PLEASE.
