I suppose with all carbon fiber or nanotube technology, new battery technology and some type of printed on plastic photovoltaic, this *might* be light enough for human power. But the electric part is a joke, especially the portable grid nonsense. You know how heavy those bikes would get with massive batteries? Maybe with super high tech capacitors it might be feasible.
