Slightly OT, but this reminds me of a story my wife told me about an amateur comedy night here in Australia. This guy got up and told a few jokes that got a very lame response.

He then paused, smacked his forehead and said "OK, who here will pay me $5 to see me smoke a cigarette with my arse?"

Evidently the $5 notes fluttered on to the stage, and it was the best act of the night.
