How many days are in February, President Bush?

theo47says...

I'm pretty convinced that we'll get some sort of early senility diagnosis about 10 years or so after Dubya's left office, just like with Raygun.

Because if not, then America really did elect him because he was "one of them", i.e. stupid.

picklekingsays...

...um... a slight correction there theo47.....

America didn't actually elect king george in either 2000 or 2004....the process was clearly very very rigged and the outcomes were not the result of a fair election by the people.

re6smithsays...

Absolutely, pickleking. And wait for the next shock horror: the GOP will retain both houses, and the media and Americans will be flabergasted. They will find the states where they can cheat, and then they will cheat.

God knows what it'll take to get rid of these crooks now. We're all fucked.

Forget the "February 30" flub -- since when does a fiscal year end at the end of February? The US Government fiscal year starts in October. Obviously they just picked whatever dates best fit the numbers they wanted to present, and hoped nobody would notice.

EMPIREsays...

Ookook now that you mention, i did find it kinda weird that a fiscal year ends in feb. It's usually in September.
And, I know a lot of republicans and otherwise, have come to public saying bush isn't really dumb, he's actually quite smart, but he's just no good in public speeches. Fuck that.... the man has the intellingence of a door knob.
I mean, you just have to look at him, with those beady little eyes and that obnoxious irritating smirk he puts on, everytime he either starts lying or doesn't know what he's talking about. You can CLEARLY see that those are not the eyes of a wit person. And I mean that.

Kruposays...

When talking about finances, you can say "the fiscal year ended, date X", meaning the financial activities for 365 leading up to point X.

So technically, you can say that. But it's often misleading, b/c you may pick dates that show the worst/best #'s that you're interested in sharing - so it's a very good catch on your part to note that trickery (which Canadians wouldn't notice since we/I have no idea how your government's finances are scheduled).

Must agree with Empire, the eyes always have it...You can look at all he candidates for president in the last four elections, wait... Bush Bush Clinton Bush Bush....shit! That doesn't work! Ok, look at the eyes of serial killers and jihadists, and that same someting wrong look is there, staring at you from their souls, in the Bushs' case, from their Annunaki souls.

Now look. Does anyone out there crossponders or stateside, seriously think that any candidate either party has is worth a shit???!! They all play the same game....blahblahblah then they get into office and proceed business as usual, detached from the reality of the electorate, who don't know how to process information anyway.

Your best bet is to run to the mountains, come down for yer supplies every once in awhile, and try to raise some decent human beings, in a world you create. One can still do that in the United States......God I hope a state sets a trend and secedes!!! Can we get some freekin sanity here.

choggiesays...

yeah and civil war....it is indeed a possibility...enough putties to pick up guns and blame the problems on...pick a race. That is one of the oligarchy's favorite predictble human reactions.

quantumushroomsays...

And yet Bush's kollij grades were HIGHER than Kerry's and why the latter won't release them to the public!

BTW, must remember to send Kerry's big mouth a Thank You card for cinching November for the R's.

HA HA HA HA HA!

rensays...

cmon qm haven't you got anything to say to defend the man?
I could pull out a year 7 maths test where i scored 100% but it doesn't prove anything because currently i can't add numbers together without a calculator.
