A guy named Will Smith explains in detail how to assemble a PC from parts step by step.

While some of the instructions and explanations are unique to the parts he's using (motherboard connector locations, hard drive casing, etc), the video as a whole is a very good guide to the steps needed to build a full PC, and the parts required.
