Cadaver dogs are on the scene this morning, November 15th...another angle of this footage, reveals what could be a person inside the building, moments prior to zero.
Watch the replay, at the final moments, it appears a man is moving from side to side near the center of the entire frame, on the extended balcony....creepy, eh???
